My husband and I are so happy that we chose Robert Ace Construction to build our home in East Stroudsburg. After considering building the home ourselves and at the same time considering modular construction, I happen to call April about another house they were building close to our lot. We went to view that house. When we left that house we knew we wanted them to build our home.
The whole construction went well, our lot had some challenges but Rob and the entire team just took charge and got the job done. Any question or concerns were answered right away. Our home was completed quickly and on time every step of the way.

When we decided to build a new home we spent over a year talking to custom home builders before choosing Rob and his team at RKA construction. We were most impressed at their willingness to work with us on all aspects of the home building process. Rob encouraged us to stay involved from major revisions to the home's floor plan to selection of the light and fixtures. We had very specific ideas on what we wanted to see in our new home and RKA helped us realize this vision. The quality of construction throughout the home is excellent. Having built two previous homes, we can say that the quality of work provided by RKA is by far the highest we have experienced. Anyone who has built a home knows that no matter how specific you are wording the contract, there are always issues that come up that are not covered in the contract wording. In each case, Rob worked with us and quickly resolved the issues in a fair and honest manner. We recently added a 2000 square foot addition to our home. We also had some renovations done such as a new entryway porch, new roof, new brick & vinyl siding and new gutters installed. We would like to express our complete satisfaction with the work your company has done for us. From your first visit to look around and give us your estimate, to the finishing touches, we were nothing but pleased. There were no hidden costs and unlike other contractors, money was collected upon completion of work. Your price was fair and all work was completed on time and as planned. Any questions we had were answered and any issues quickly resolved. We were at ease with you as our contractor because we felt you cared about our project as though it was your own house.
We are extremely happy with the outcome and think it turned out better than we had anticipated! Thanks for all your suggetions and help during a time we thought would be stressful and for making it a pleasant experience. We would suggest that others considering an addition, renovation or building a new home call you and rest assured they would be hiring a trustworthy and courteous contractor.
